The Volokh Conspiracy
The Volokh Conspiracy, founded, edited, and cowritten by UCLA constitutional law professor Eugene Volokh, is widely considered to be one of the most influential legal and public policy blogs. The Conspiracy gets about 20,000-25,000 unique visitors per weekday, and is regularly quoted in mainstream newspapers and even television programs (as well as in many blogs).
